Flying Diamond Ranch, located in Steamboat Springs, is one of the dreamiest wedding destinations in Colorado. Surrounded by the beautiful Yampa Valley and tucked up against a towering aspen grove, I don’t know that I could dream up a more beautiful venue if I tried. There are a million and one reasons to love Flying Diamond but for me, as a photographer, I’m blown away each and every time by the staff. Never have I met a team more prepared and enthusiastic to execute a flawless event. If you’re looking for the perfect summer wedding venue in Colorado, you may have just found it.

The Ceremony Site

There’s a lot to love about Flying Diamond Ranch but it’s the ceremony site that really makes my heart flutter. I’m a sucker for a pristine aspen grove and the aspens that surround Flying Diamond’s ceremony location are breathtakingly beautiful.

Mountain View Ceremony Site

A second ceremony location is available if you prefer expansive views of the Yampa valley and surrounding mountains.

The Reception Space

A beautiful, bright, and spacious tent serves as Flying Diamond’s reception space. With the tent walls open you can enjoy a truly indoor/outdoor experience. Clear tent walls allow for maximum enjoyment of the scenery, even when the tent is entirely closed. I can’t imagine a better way to enjoy the perfection that is a summer day in the mountains.

The setting

The privacy, seclusion, expansive views, towering aspens, string lights, and perfectly manicured grounds make for a truly magical setting. Further, the team at Flying Diamond is second to none. We’ve been fortunate enough to photograph several weddings at Flying Diamond and they’ve all been an absolute dream.
